What is your return/exchange policy?

We stand behind our products! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please call us at 866-498-8757 Monday through Friday 9am -5pm pst to process your return. No returns will be accepted without prior phone authorization.
Please Note-Item(s) must be unused and returned within 30 days after your purchase and there are NO RETURNS on evening bags.

Returns and exchanges for these products can be made through SondraRoberts.com only. Refunds require you to provide a proof of purchase from SondraRoberts.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. Item(s) must be returned unused with the hangtag(s) attached and the polybag(s), if possible. Merchandise returned without the polybag(s) and hangtag(s) may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within the 30 day period. Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion and can only result in a store credit or exchange.
We will only pay return shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the price you initially paid for the item. Where do I ship my return or exchange?

How should I ship my return or exchange?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

How do I return a defective product?

We want you to be 100% happy with everything you purchase from SondraRoberts.com. You may return any item within 30 days of purchase. For damages, please contact customer service immediately by calling 866-498-8757. If damaged items are returned without calling for authorization, return shipping will not be refunded.
